Payment: Bookings must be paid in full to confirm your reservation. Refunds are not possible if you cancel on the day of the trip/tour.

Booking confirmation: No booking can be confirmed, until Blue Thunder Rib Rides LTD has received full payment together with the booking details of clients, and we have informed you that your chosen dates are available.

Cancellation by you/The Customer:

Terms and conditions needs to be updated to say: A cancellation fee of 100% applies for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or in case of no-show. A cancellation fee of 50% applies for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance. A cancellation fee of £10.00 applies for cancellations made 48 or more hours in advance. These charges are to cover administration, credit, debit and bank charges.

Refunds are not possible cancelling within 24 hours of the trip/tour.

Cancellation by Blue Thunder Rib Rides LTD:

We reserve the right to cancel a tour or charter if viable numbers are not reached or due to adverse weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control. If we cannot offer a suitable alternative a full refund will be given. Please provide your name, phone number and email.

Personal belongings: Blue Thunder Rib Rides LTD cannot be held responsible for personal belongings and equipment while on a trip or charter.

Late arrivals: Blue Thunder Rib Rides LTD cannot wait for late arrivals as this creates difficulties for other customers. Allow time to park and to arrive with us. Arrive 15 minutes before the start of your trip. If you are late you will be treated as a no show. Payments will not be refunded.

Insurance: Blue Thunder Rib Rides LTD is covered to the sum of £3,000,000 for third party liability. You may wish to take out your own insurance against personal loss, injury or having to cancel your tour or charter.

PLEASE ENSURE YOU ARRIVE 15MINS PRIOR TO YOUR DEPARTURE TIME TO COLLECT LIFEJACKETS AND TO BOARD THE BOAT.
